FAQ

What do you use for a lesson?

I can teach you via Zoom, which is easy to use and free. I mainly use PowerPoint to teach beginners vocabulary, grammar and practice expressions. After 24 lessons, you will upgrade to my intermediate course. Various textbooks are available, too. For more information, please contact me.

When can I take a lesson?

It is entirely up to you when and how often you take lessons. When your schedule fits my availability, we can have a class.

How many days in advance should I book?

I ask all my students to book a lesson for at least one week in advance.

Can I cancel a lesson? What if I forget to cancel a lesson?

If any cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before your scheduled lesson, the full cost of the class is not refunded. If you forget to notify me of your cancellation via email, the fee occurs for the scheduled lesson. 

Is there any discount for a lesson?

You can get a 15 mins free lesson for every new student you refer to me. Besides, your first lesson is 10% off.

When and how do I need to pay?

I ask all my students to provide a 100% advance payment 48 hours before a lesson. You will receive an electronic invoice with payment details and instructions.
